Kenneth Monfort is a fifth-generation Colorado business owner committed to enriching the lives of all Coloradans. As owner and director of Monfort Companies, Kenneth invests in ventures and develops commercial properties that serve as economic drivers and growth engines for both rural and urban communities.
As a business and civic leader, Kenneth believes in creating strong public/private partnerships to catalyze sustainable economic growth in Colorado. He currently serves as a board member of the University of Denver Advancement Committee, the Colorado Restaurant Association, the Colorado Republicans Independent Expenditure Committee and the Butterfly Pavilion.
Zachary May grew up in Littleton, Colorado where he owns and operates La Vaca Trading. La Vaca Trading is a commodity brokerage that specializes in agricultural risk management for producers of livestock and grain. When Zach is not trading, he enjoys diversifying his personal portfolio by investing in businesses ventures, feeding cattle and developing real estate.
Zach graduated from Mullen High School in Denver and has a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in marketing from Regis University. Zach is a proud father of two and couldn’t think of a better place to raise a family than in his home state of Colorado. Zach is passionate about helping at-risk and disadvantaged youth in Denver and is an honored member of Denver Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation.
Paul Foley was born in Boulder and grew up in Louisville, Colorado with a mission to incubate and grow industry-changing companies here in Denver. Paul is the Co-Founder and CEO of SmartCapital, a software to help Angel Groups and Accelerators syndicate deals. Prior to SmartCapital Paul founded and sold the AdTech company Augur to BounceX.
Paul graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering with a minor in Financial Mathematics. Paul actively engages in the startup community and founded Colorado Startups, the largest online startup group in the State.
David Prichard moved to Denver, Colorado in 2004. David serves as the President of Teegarden Financial Corporation, a specialty finance and investment firm that partners with high net worth business owners, families, and executives throughout the country. Also a serial entrepreneur, David can well relate to the needs of an entrepreneur. He has founded multiple businesses, from consumer products to retail establishments.
David has 4 boys and loves spending time with them and watching them grow into men. David's passion for community is evident in his work with The Opportunity Coalition which provides leadership, collaboration and support to help grow businesses and create economic vitality in Colorado.
Jackson Killion grew up in Illinois and spent time in St. Louis and the Ozarks before moving to Colorado. Jackson enjoys working with early-stage companies, accelerators, and VC firms located primarily in the Front Range to drive growth and innovation.
Jackson is a Co-Founder and General Counsel of SmartCapital, a software to help Angel Groups and Accelerators syndicate deals. He also serves as general counsel and advisor to numerous other startups and VC firms.
Jackson attended St. Louis University and St. Louis University School of Law. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor. Jackson actively participates in the startup and fly fishing community.
